Request in the app
For a linked native app account, open Settings → Delete game account and verify your identity. Review the deletion scope before confirming.
If the option is not visible or verification is unavailable, you can email us. Apps in Toss users should use the email request route.
Request by email
- Send a deletion request with your platform and login method.
- The operator verifies account ownership and may ask for the minimum additional information needed.
- We will explain the deletion scope, outcome and any remaining records by email.
You do not need to reinstall the app. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes or payment details.
What is deleted?
Native app deletion removes the game account’s progress and round records and deactivates the account. Related on-device account files are also in scope. Deleted game progress cannot be restored, so consider your request carefully.
Shared Firebase authentication users, some login links and minimal deletion confirmation records are outside automatic game data deletion. An authentication user identifier may remain in deletion records. Apps in Toss requests require separate verification and handling.
Deleting a game account does not delete your account with Google, Apple or Toss.
Remaining records and handling
Retention periods for deletion records and the Apps in Toss deletion procedure are under pre-publication review. We will explain the scope we can process and any separate actions needed. This website does not automatically erase all personal information.
